It sounds as if the current Vendor window is too large. This happens to me when I move between screen resolutions. On a high resolution (things are smaller), I can stretch the window to make it taller and show more information. Adagio remembers that window size which is good but when I return to a lower resolution screen (things are bigger), the window is too tall for the available screen real estate. If that's the case, you should see scroll bars on the right-hand side of the screen. You can reduce the height of the window by using the top of the window and dragging it down - you may have to do it more than once. if that doesn't work, there is a setting named "Original Sizes" on the "Windows" menu of the main Payables screen. Be aware that it resets all screens, not just the Vendor screen.
