I have a client with this issue, insofar as I can read between the lines of Barry's posting.

I have been emailing tech support on this. As part of the troubleshooting, I re-installed Adagio (no luck). Yesterday I had the client try running the financials from a different workstation, and since I haven't heard back, I'm assuming the problem is isolated to one workstation.

Tech support suggested that the client re-create the user's profile in Windows - I am not sure if they have done that yet (I think not).
