If you mean that attempting to save a DocStore attachment to a posted Ledger transaction is not being kept, then yes this was a problem that has been fixed in the April 22, 2018 service pack for Ledger. From the release notes:

PDF documents attached for DocStore on the View Account Transactions grid did not remain attached to the transaction.
