Open Quotes or Historical Quotes?

If you double click on the quote does the quote data entry window open so that you see the quote as you would during data entry?

If DIC is complaining that the prospects are missing, Are they missing? Did someone decide to clean up a number of old prospects without considering the consequence of open quotes for that prospect? The solution might be as simple as added back the deleted Prospects.
