Hi Jesse:

As a test I just downloaded and installed the Hot Fix on my system so it's definitely an environment problem at your client's site. You are doing the correct thing by installing from one of the workstations.

Try removing all of the previous downloads and then download again (so that it has the original name ARHFP20170726.exe). Try "Run as Administrator" in case it's a problem with permissions.
