Sorry, but I don't see Subtotal in the style list.

I see the following in the style list: (and change it to not bold)
Value Total
Number Total - this made the numeric subtotal not bold
Date Min/Max
Currency Total

The item number column (which at each change creates a subtotal), the subtotal is still bold. The rest of the column are normal (not bold).
