That first message regarding workstation files needing to be installed could be pertinent - not only does Adagio have program files but requires other supporting files to be installed in the C:\Windows area and also the registry. Installing the program also does this installation of supporting files at the same time (which is why workstation setup doesn't need to be done for a local program install). However if something froze on the workstation, reinstalling may help - as it did for Invoices.

The message about an incorrect serial number or install code is in comparing the CD being used and the codes being entered. Perhaps you can try renaming the \softrak\crwin directory (the program files) and try re-installing - in case something left behind from that system freeze is getting in the way of the re-install.
