This is quite easy to do:

  • Select Maintain Specifications and open up your invoice specification.
  • Click on the "Insert Label" button, and then position the cursor where you want the text to appear and click again.
  • Type the text you want into the dialog box.
  • Size and move the box as required.
  • Select File | Specification Options and change the long description of the invoice to indicate the new message (this appears in the drop down of specs to use in OE.
  • Select File | Save as... and save the specification with a new name that begins OE$ and ends with your data extension.
That's it!
