I just retested installing to a Softrak folder having more than one legacy version already installed in it, including AP8.1x. I did an upgrade install from AP9.2A to 9.2B.
While I received a number of information messages about my existing install and what would happen if I proceeded with the AP9.2B(161208) upgrade install, I did not receive the 'Cannot Install.log' message and the install successfully completed.
I tested with AP9.2B uninstalling AP8.1F and with AP8.1F already uninstalled.
Are all of the Windows updates done on the w/s? May seem strange but not being up to date has interfered before.
Carol, what happens if their overall network administrator does the install?
Can you email me an Adagio Snapshot, preferably one taken while logged directly onto their server?
What is the OS of their server?
