Can you confirm the specific version of Adagio Time&Billing?

When you print the Time Utilization report, are you printing Details, or Totals only? My understanding of a change that happened in the most recent 9.2A upgrade is that if 'Totals only' is selected, then the date select reverts from the 'Custom date range' to 'MTD'. Perhaps the active staff missing from your report do not have MTD transactions?

If this doesn't explain what is happening for the report results, you may need to get your Adagio consultant involved.
