Do you have any outstanding invoice batch in that dataset?

If not, try creating an invoice batch with a dummy entry and run DIC again.

I run into a similar issue today. Michael Mulrooney instructed me to create a dummy invoice and DIC was okay after that.

This is a temporary work around but it worked on my client's dataset. I hope it works for you too
