I apologize if this topic has been covered. I wasn't able to find it when searching.

I have a user using Ledger 9.2B in a network environment. We recently replaced her workstation and with that came an upgrade from Windows 7 Pro to 10 Pro. She is the only user on Windows 10 using the Adagio products. I am aware that 9.2B is compatible with 10 but she is having her Ledger session freeze and display "not responding" after an uncertain amount of time. Others on her floor that uses Adagio are not reporting this issue but they are all on Windows 7 so their environment is different.

Has there been any reported cases of this happening and is there a fix? Any info would be helpful before I attempt to downgrade her to Windows 7.
