Attaching a .dat file without the full dataset is not very useful (and I don't see that you attached a file, although I may be wrong). Why don't you post the actual formulas in B51 and E51 - even better would be if you posted the formulas with the sheet collapsed (whatever row that turns out to be).

As an aside, column B is usually reserved for account numbers or ranges, so it would be unusual to have a formula in there.
