Adagio Ledger 9.2B (160810) has been released to address several issues:
  • The Batch Status report now includes error batches generated during posting.
  • The Batch Status report printed a “phantom” batch from the prior year in rare cases.
  • Increased the size of the Description 1 field slightly on the Detail Listing report printed in ‘Condensed’ format.
  • When browsing folders in import functions in Ledger 9.2B on Windows 8 or 10, a message similar to "GLACCTIM.CSV. This file doesn't exist. Create the file?" was displayed for any folder that did not contain the file specified in the import template. This problem exists in Adagio releases dated (approximately) January 2016 and newer. Installing this release of Ledger will correct the problem in all Adagio modules.
  • You can now disable the "This is a new version..." message that is displayed when launching the financial reporter.

The Service Pack also installs a new version of Adagio's Database Manager (ADS) that will improve the handling of multi-user record locks in large multi-user sites. This new version MAY require updates to the 3rd Party Adagio Developer modules you may be using. The developers were informed of the upcoming change a couple of weeks ago so that they could determine what (if any) changes might be required.

Assuming a standard installation, current products from Dakota (Toolkit + others), Lenmax (WMS + others), QLAB (PayDirt), Wellspring (PrintBoss), 21st Century (US Payroll), Link2 (Link2 products), and SRSoft (Fixed Assets) will all work properly in conjunction with the new manager.

Products from IMS (CounterSales, JobTracker, POTracker and others) will require an Update.

Important Note: You must ascertain compatibility with this release of any 3rd Party products installed at your site, if these products are used concurrently with Adagio modules.

Please review the Release Note carefully.

You may wish to consult with your Adagio Reseller before installing this Service Pack if you are using any Adagio Developer Partner products.
