I copied and pasted the import file information from your posting, and edit the detail fields to match my data. It imported without a problem, using Adagio Inventory 8.0A. Mind you, I'm not importing your import file, but the printable characters your posted here.

The layout of the information is correct, and I agree with Doug on the other posting that something like an invalid line break or extraneous character (like a comma) is getting in the way; we've seen this before. Perhaps open the ICSBATCH file with MS Word so you can see the non-printing characters?
