I don't work for Softrak, so this is an "unofficial" reply, but in my opinion if you are running JobCost then you NEED to be able to create custom reports either using Crystal Reports for Adagio or GridView. The standard JobCost reports are inadequate for almost every one of my clients, and you point out only one of many examples.

The report you are requesting is trivial to create in GridView, and not that difficult in Crystal.
