No, just two of them.
-Does it happen consistently 100% of the time or only sometimes?
No, when I tested, did not happen.
-Does it happen in other Adagio modules?
Unknown. User only works in Payables.
-Does it happen in Sample data?
Have not tested.
-When did it start happening?
Recently. User had been opening company data with a UNC path (\\server\folder) instead of logical drive (X:\folder). I fixed that. After I fixed that, this started to happen. So I suspect there is a lingering pathing problem somewhere.
-What changed at that time or even recently?
-Does the error message let you continue or does it close Payables?
Supervision forces a close with Ctrl-Alt-Del -> Task Manager.
-What version of Payables?
Current. We installed all Adagio updates last week. We thought it wise to install current Adagio first and then troubleshoot remaining problems.
-What version of operating system?
Not sure. Suspect Win7.
Or, if Support is right, try rebooting the server.
