This error occurs when a workstation has another program installed on it that has installed a newer version of of Crystal Reports or the Crystal Runtime than the modules you are currently running had installed.

There is a System Updater available on our Partner Service Packs webpage that can be installed which should correct this. Please ensure you read the Release Notes thoroughly before applying it.
