Hi there,
My client followed the instructions for creating a w/o batch in AR for a credit balance, but this did not produce an AP Manual Check batch. She has linked the customer to a corresponding vendor in AP. I was logged in remotely, so I watched what she was doing and her procedures appeared to be correct.

She did this successfully a couple months ago and we are confused that it did not work this time. There have been some changes since that time, as she upgraded all of her adagio last week. She was on 8.1F in AP and 9.1A of AR. Not sure of the release dates but they were probably the most current for that version. She is also running a new Windows 10 workstation.
