A client recently switched their email setup from MAPI to Direct, because they no longer use Outlook.

They have found that emailing fails unless, each day in the beginning of the day, the user selects Email | Setup and re-enters his password. Before re-entering the password, a Test email fails, and after re-entering it, Test email is successful. This is happening for each user, and they all access Adagio via RDP.

Does anyone have any clues as to why this is happening? I know the setup configuration is correct because ultimately they are able to email from Adagio.

All of their modules are at version 9.2A.
