Okay thanks for the info. It’s not a big problem, just that we noticed an alert wasn’t popping up for a particular customer last week because whoever made the alert must have forgotten to check the box – enable alert. So we wondered if there are any other customers that might have an alert that is not popping up. I just really wanted to identify those if there are any. Not a big deal but it makes no sense why Adagio lets you add alerts but by default they are not enabled so users have to remember to check that box every single time they add an alert and we have no easy way of identifying whether there are any like this on our list of customers.

Update - Warren showed me a gridview to identify these and we have 120 customers with alerts but "enable alert" is not checked. So, it is a problem that this isn't enabled by default when users add an alert. I hope that Softrak will consider adding this feature in the future.
