D71 needs to print in the body of the order confirmation. It's associated with the line item. E09 is the expected ship date for the entire order, and would be placed in the header of the order confirmation. The specification supports different headers on the first and subsequent pages (not to be confused with the first and subsequent copies). Make sure the field is in the section you require.
