According to our records, your support plan is current, and an email was sent on Mar 30, 2015 for the upgrade, and another on June 11, 2015 for the service pack. The email address we have is the same as the one registered to this tech support forum. Do you or your Adagio consultant receive upgrade notices from Softrak? If it is your consultant, you should contact them for the information.
