What versions of Adagio are you installing? What is the version of Windows on the workstation?

There have been a couple of other postings on this forum where the workstation did not like installing the AdagioPDF printer driver - which is what this EXE does. The workaround is (was) to rename the \softrak\system\AdagioPDF folder when doing the workstation setup.

In doing a bit or research, attempting to uninstall AdagioPDF from Windows may prevent reinstalling, due to Windows registry settings.

Also, we have seen workstation setup 'cycling' on Windows 8.1 workstations. Renaming the folder above was the 'solution', though it may be that the AdagioPDF printer driver is not installed - you should check this.
