We are using IC 8.1E and OE 8.1F.

In inventory we set up sale prices through item maintenance. Is there any way to have these sale prices show up in OE when the orders or the invoices are being generated. Currently, the only price to select from in OE is the base price.

These sale prices are not specific to certain customers but available to many customers.
