Please make sure that you have retrieved and posted all entries from BankRec.

Unless your reconciliation included a 'cleared in error, and/or you created some adjusting entry as part of the reconciliation there would not normally be any change to Ledger.

Please explain what reconciliation entries you expected to see in Ledger.
