I haven't used the View Transaction/Budgets much, but am looking at it now. As another example, now I need just the expense balances for 1 Dept (we have many), to get the change in accounts to file a claim for a particular period. I can see that I can filter for just 1 Dept and get the Mar 31st balances (or any other month end). I then still fuss with that report a bit to exclude the Balance Sheet Accounts, but it does seem to be less fussing than what I was doing. Thanks. And remember - we're all a work-in-process!
