If you cannot clear the batch control files after printing the report to printer or file, you can rename or remove the files in the data directory.

Make a backup of this data if you have not already done it. While everyone is out of BankRec, remove these files from the data directory:
BRBCTL'1
BRBCTL'2
BRBCTL'R

BankRec will create new files the next time you open this data.
