Hi, I'm having a similar issue, since having upgraded to Office 2013. I tried the link above, but get an access denied message.

My issue is that from IC, when we click the excel Icon, nothing happens. On top of that, when we attempt to import items into IC, we get this pop-up.
Now, when I try the same thing on another PC, which also has Office 2013, it works just fine.
Out of 6 workstations, only one is having this issue.
