Hi Marlon,

Yes, I see the same behaviour, say in Adagio Receivables 9.2A. I wonder if when previewing the report and then printing from there, that print function is actually being launched by the Crystal Reports runtime process and has escaped the Adagio layer, thus NovaPDF no longer recognizes the Adagio connection and thus displays the unlicensed message at the bottom. This cannot be changed to remove the message at the bottom.

I think what Andrew is trying to say is that in order to not get that message, don't print to the AdagioPDF driver from the print preview window but find a different way. For example, you could the Setup button on the report screen to select the AdagioPDF printer driver, and click Print from there, rather than from the Preview process.

Do you use Adagio ePrint? This will allow defining report names and save locations automatically, rather than having to edit the NovaPDF print screen every time to determine the save location and name. It will make this process a whole lot more seamless if you regularly print reports to PDF, especially from Report Sets.
