I tried to reinstall but I had the exact same problem.
Our internet connection is not phenomenal but it's also not outrageously slow.... This is both a surprising and somewhat frustrating explanation. Is there a way to manually download the CRRuntime file?
Also, is this linked with the fact that the "workstation upgrade" is looping? ie after the upgrade has run (apparently correctly), I'm asked to install the upgrade again when I try to open Payables.
EDIT: Sorry for being a little grumpy. I was supposed to be doing my month end yesterday after what I thought was going to be a simple upgrade procedure. In the meantime can I use the old version of Payables that I had? What about other modules?
