If you set 'suppress details' in Quik Reports to 'Y', every field in the detail section is suppressed. If this is the type of report you need (one row per employee), and want to have the employee name and SSN to print, that would be OK to do. Simply insert the fields (Employee number, name, and/or SSN) into the subtotal section, and the information will appear in the subtotal section on the report.
