A prospect maintains two price lists, one for sales orders under $400 in total and a second for orders over $400. They guess before entering the details which one to use, and they are right over 90% of the time.

But if they are wrong, they can now change the tier and the order will be re-priced.

Is there anything like this in Adagio?

What would work, but I don't think is possible, is to change the Price List code in the Header tab of an open order, and have that change propagate through to the details.
