Report tables would best be stored in the same location as Program files, which in your case is G drive. You re-installed Adagio Ledger to the G drive (and assume you selected G as the report tables drive as well).

You should have a directory G:\QRASP with files QRTAL???.QRW within. You should not have a F:\QRASP directory as this indicates an incorrect installation somewhere along the line.

The message says that the Report Tables drive is currently set to G, which is what you want. Don't set it to F. Now open the program, which should work now that both places have G.

You may have to repeat the process for Payables. Also run \softrak\system\CHKSYS.EXE to verify what tables are OK and which are missing.
