Are you trying to generate an EFT (send money to) file, or a PAD (Pre-Authorized Debit) file from Adagio?

EFT is available as an add-on to Payables if you choose not to use TelPay's service which is built-in.

PAD is available as a separately quoted enhancement to Adagio Invoices, as we need to have a conversation with your bank to ascertain the correct format. (Although there is a "standard", everyone takes liberties with it.)
