The Billing History showed that Progress Bills were posted each month. The Billing in April was a Final Billing that wrote up/off the previous Progress billings.

Progress Bills can be generated but only if there are transactions that have not been final billed,

The Recurring amount is not coming from the program in either 81A, 81B or 81C. The Bill batches must have been edited.
