Can this user print a 'simple' report such as the Company Profile? Many reports in Adagio require temporary work files, such as the Detail Listing, Trial Balance or Posting Journals in Ledger, and I have seen workstation rights problems to the local temp directory as the cause. The Company Profile report does not use a work file, so if this report previews successfully then the problem is the user's Windows setup.
