If the entries that you are retrieving have period 99 on them because they are for dates that are beyond the current fiscal periods, you can copy the entries and assign proper periods to them.

However, before we proceed, please clarify these questions for me:

Did you close the Year for the data on Dec 31, 2003? Do you have a backup of the data as of Dec 21, 2003?

If you did not mean to close the year as of April 30, 2004, do you have a backup from before the close?
