Hi Andrew,

Thanks for the info - didn't even see that.

We keep two sets of quotes within SalesCQ. Our residential housing quotes use leading zeros i.e. 001234 while our commercial quotes use no leading zeros i.e. 1234. Commercial quotes are normally good for thirty days unless we are notified in advance. Housing quotes can be anywhere from 3 months to a year. The Update item information and pricing on the Copy quote dialog is fine for us right now but I would prefer to have a choice; most of the time I want to change just the prices, not the item information. In a perfect system, being able to specify a quote range and a date range would be ideal. For example; quotes from 0001 to 1200 prior to quote date August 1, 2013. And the quotes numbers wouldn't have to increment, just the revision levels.

I've never run into a situation where a quote couldn't be changed. I suppose a "Lock Quote" check box on the quote would suffice.

Also, the 'Edit | Company Profile | Quotes | Cost to use' would be really handy in Inventory for making adjustments. Right now the extended price is based on average cost but there are times, especially after a cost increase, that I need to use recent or standard costs.

Thanks
