I can't tell you how many of my clients have requested this.

For now, what I tell them is to enter the Confirm email in the Shipto email field when entering the order, and then use that field when emailing the Confirm (you can choose from Customer, Billto or Shipto). If the customer doesn't have an alternate ship-to address, you could create a default one in the customer master under the Contacts/Shipto tab (the default is probably leaving the Shipto code blank) and it will appear automatically on new orders.

Providing a separate email field for order confirmations would be a very welcome improvement to the program.
