ePrint & Receivables, with OE and IN:

We can now set Adagio to make a copy of the document when we print, and have it available for viewing the Customers transactions - Great!

But what I discovered just recently, is that users may occasionally click Preview and then print the document directly from the Preview screen.
And, from what I see, it does not appear that Adagio is capturing these documents for later viewing with the red "P" button.

If this is the case, is there a way to make this work?
(It is not so unusual to display the document and then print it directly from the preview screen. So I cannot really say that the user is doing something wrong.)
