Sounds like you upgraded your Receivables data substantially and other modules also.

You need to either restore a backup of your pre-upgrade Receivables data and then upgrade it to AR9.0C followed by AR9.1A; or, download and install the AR9.1A hotfix and reconvert/upgrade your Receivables data using it.
