Hi Robert,
We don't use Magento but use Adagio SalesCQ as our entry point into Adagio from any Web Site for our clients.

We can use probably the same CSV file you are using, or most custom CSV files, but use Adagio Sales CQ as the landing zone to verify the order details, without committing to inventory or order details. Then we transfer from SalesCQ to Order Entry, and the normal distribution process takes over.

Essentially, we use SalesCQ as our web order authorization point (as "Quotes") to email order ("Quote") confirmations, and audit and release into "live" orders into Order Entry. One of our sites is receiving 500-1000 web orders daily, using this method.

We are automating the transfer from SalesCQ to Order Entry with a Link2CQ process, to handle the transfer volumes.

In the back end, we currently interface the shipping details from UPS and USPS to/from Adagio using our Ship2Link to writeback tracking details and costs to Adagio Order Entry, and back to the Web.

Works very well. Please call us if you need more details.

Best,
Brian
