Hi Andrew, thanks for quick response clients problem had actually been fixed with the data integrity but some how at the top where you have (Load Data in Grid) - Extended or Quick mode it was blank. So once we pull down the option and select either our problem was solved.

We are good....Do not know how it happened to be blank ...

Data did not need re-building after all.
