We were running Day End at night with a macro. Now, the client is running it manually. The error showed up as well. The problem is that it doesn't happen all the time so it is difficult to recreate. It depends on how big is the audit list and how fast is the system at the time. It will help to have a delay between the reports or handle the error that says that the file is in use and wait.
