We have used Paymate Clarity's Time & Attendance for exactly this. Your employees can enter time sheets and expense reports from anywhere. Business logic and complex approvals can be included. Complex job costing is possible. Paymate is located in Toronto. Integration with Adagio is done with a GL batch import.
