Edit the Budget figures in Adagio FX (under Edit | Budget data) to zero the amounts Simply stores at the account level. You could also zero these amounts by importing a file of the account numbers and defaulting the budget figures to zero.

When you next retrieve your Simply data, enable the "Use existing budgets/forecasts" option on the retrieve dialog to prevent having to repeat this process.
