Multi-level bill of materials (BOM) are not supported by the current versions of Adagio.

Off of the top of my head I think it may be possible to create a multi-level BOM using Crystal Reports. An overview of how this would work is to have the BOM components list as a sub-report. If the Crystal Report includes a master item (BOM) then the sub-report would be called to list the component items.
