In this situation, try looking in your data folder for an APPOSTP.xxx data file (where 'xxx' represents whatever your 3-character data extension is). If found, while no one is using Adagio, 'rename' the file. When you reopen Payables, see if this has resolved the problem.

If you are uncomfortable with any of these steps, it's best to contact and involve your Adagio consultant who will be familiar with doing these things.
