As Adagio is configured on our computers, it works as I described above using the same current versions that you are using. We can edit a ship-to address under the Customer tab and then reload the same ship/to a second time under the Bill-to/Ship-to screen and the edited information will replace the previous ship/to info without exiting & re-entering the order. It has worked this way for several versions of OE. I don't know what program setting would interfere with this.
